The Pure Guarantee
Pure Basement Systems provide you with our own Pure Guarantee on the work you have had done (the terms of which will be bespoke to your project and discussed with you by our CSSW surveyor prior to the start of your project).
In broad terms we provide you with a comprehensive 12-months warranty on your completed basement conversion project – this warranty covers elements of the conversion project and we offer to return to address any minor issues that occur.
In addition, we offer you a 10-year guarantee on your newly fitted waterproofing system. It’s important that you have a Long-term Guarantee on your waterproofing system given that it’s a fundamental part of any basement project.
As an industry recognised, reputable and highly competent professional basement conversion specialist, we are also in the privileged position of being able to offer you optional long-term insurance backed guarantees through our specialist insurance partners.
Bespoke policies with additional protection
These bespoke policies will cover the costs of any repairs and restoration work that may be required in the event that Pure Basement Systems should no longer be available to service any claims under your guarantee. Further details are available on request for your consideration.
Not all Basement Conversion Companies will be able to offer you the opportunity to take this valuable guarantee protection, leaving you financially vulnerable in the event of you considering a claim under the terms of your guarantee.
