Our client requested that Pure Basement Systems design and install a full basement conversion at his home in Harrogate. As part of the basement modernisation high quality finishes were installed, a scheme of designer lighting and a fully fitted handmade Kitchen were designed and installed. The basement conversion consisted of the installation of a full Cavity Drainage Membrane system (cellar tanking system) with integral automatic sump pumps, insulated walls, floors & ceilings and a full dry-lining solution.
The completed cellar conversion project offered fantastic additional living space for our client. In addition the property benefited from an increase in overall market value.
