Our client requested that Pure Basement Systems design and install a bathroom into their barrel vaulted basement. A cavity drainage waterproofing system (cellar tanking) was installed initially; incorporating a high quality automatic sump pump package. After the waterproofing stage all walls were dry-lined with insulated metal framework and Gyproc moisture resistant plasterboards. On completion of the “shell” the bathroom was fully fitted out with high quality sanitaryware and mosaics offering a superb cellar conversion.
The completed project offered a fantastic additional bathroom for our clients and released space on the upper floors of their property.
