Leeds Basement Conversion – Damp Basement to Dry Multi Room Living and Storage Space
Our client requested that we carry out a full waterproofing design, installation and conversion of two basement rooms in her traditional stone period town house in Rodley, near Leeds, West Yorkshire to create a TV/Media Room, and Utility space as well as additional under stair storage. Pure designed and installed a new waterproofing system with twin high capacity pumps, sealed wall/floor membrane and a discreet sub floor perimeter drainage channel. At the same time as upgrading the waterproofing system we installed insulation to walls/ceilings/floors, dry lining and plastered throughout then completed bespoke joinery and decorations.
