We had numerous issues with our wet and unusable cellar. Having a young baby the dampness was a real concern and caused a really unpleasant living environment. We met with several companies to discuss the problems and options.

We arranged to speak with PureBasement Systems. Michael was very courteous and professional and we developed trust in him very early on. Both him and his architect cracked on with the project and options and design evolved in line with our very specific budget. At times the tight budget brought with it challenges but these were discussed and resolved promptly. Mike approaches his customer service seriously both during the development and post completion. Whenever we’ve had any concerns or questions since the completion Michael follows this up personally attending site if needed.

We have had problems with the water companies piping infrastructure around our house which has had some negative impacts on the ground around our cellar. Mike has always responded promptly and positively to our requests for help in addressing these and any other concerns.

We found his team very likeable characters that we were happy to leave in our house whilst we moved out during the development. Tony, Tommy and Ian were a pleasure to work with and left the site clean and safe each day.  Not forgetting Mike’s wife Corrie, who was extremely helpful with any billing or invoicing activities.

We now have a great living space in our cellar which seems to have been monopolised by our little girl …but we have enjoyed many a night relaxing in there.
